CyberTrail.org operates as an online platform that advertises and qualifies leads for various services, including but not limited to cyber forensic services, intelligence and private investigations, and asset recovery services in jurisdictions where legal. It is important to note that CyberTrail.org, its affiliates, and service providers or partners do not offer legal services or debt recovery services.

The use of the Site is only permitted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing and using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CyberTrail.org, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, violation of this Agreement, or any actions, omissions, or misconduct by you. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from the use of the services, interactions with providers, or reliance on any information obtained through the Site.

Commissions and Compensation
CyberTrail.org may receive commissions or other forms of compensation from providers for successfully qualifying leads or facilitating transactions between users and providers. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that CyberTrail.org may earn such commissions or compensation.

Content and Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks (“Content”), are owned or licensed by CyberTrail.org. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its Content without prior written permission from CyberTrail.org.

User Obligations and Restrictions
By using the Site, you agree to the following:

a. You will provide accurate and truthful information when using the services.
b. You will not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
c. You will not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
d. You will not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks connected to the Site.
e. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any other systems or networks associated with the Site.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Site shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Israel.

Restricted Countries
CyberTrail.org will not work with individuals or corporations from the following countries: Afghanistan, Balkans, Belarus, Burma (also known as Myanmar), Central African Republic, Chinese Military Companies, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan and Darfur, Syria, Russia, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

This restriction applies to all services offered on the CyberTrail.org website. By accessing and using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that you are not a resident or representative of any of the restricted countries listed above, and you will not use the Site if you are located in any of these countries.

CyberTrail.org reserves the right to refuse service to individuals or corporations from these restricted countries and may terminate any existing services if it is discovered that a user is in violation of this restriction.

Modifications and Termination
CyberTrail.org reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Site or any part of it, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice. You agree that CyberTrail.org shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Site or any part of it.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CyberTrail.org regarding your use of the Site. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written. It is important to note that CyberTrail.org, its affiliates, and service providers or partners do not offer legal services or debt recovery services.

Confidentiality
Any user ID and password you may have for this Site, all communications with us, all information in written, electronic, or verbal forms exchanged with CyberTrail.org, including emails and documents, are confidential, and you must maintain such confidentiality.

Third Parties
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CyberTrail.org. CyberTrail.org has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Revisions and Errata

Assignment
CyberTrail.org is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
